1. Affiliate Program Overview

The EarnHive Referral Program (the 'Program') allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new users to the EarnHive platform. When you refer someone who creates an account and earns cryptocurrency through surveys, offers, or other qualifying activities, you receive a percentage of their validated earnings as a referral commission.

Participation in the Program is subject to this Affiliate & Referral Policy and the EarnHive Terms of Service. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all terms, guidelines, and restrictions described in this Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

• Be a registered EarnHive user in good standing with an active, verified account
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not have previously violated the Terms of Service or this Affiliate Policy
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where referral programs or cryptocurrency rewards are prohibited
• Not engage in fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or coordinated referral schemes

3. How the Referral Program Works

Each EarnHive user is assigned a unique referral code and referral link accessible from their account dashboard. You can share your referral link via social media, websites, email, or other communication channels (subject to the promotional guidelines in Section 5).

When a new user signs up using your referral link or enters your referral code during registration, they become your 'referral.' You earn a commission on their validated earnings from surveys, offers, and other qualifying activities (excluding referral earnings, bonuses, and promotions unless specifically stated).

Referral relationships are permanent. Once a user signs up with your referral code, you will continue to earn commissions on their earnings for the lifetime of their account, unless the account is terminated or the referral relationship is invalidated due to fraud or Terms violations.

4. Commission Structure and Calculation

Referral commissions are calculated as follows:

Base Commission Rate: You earn 10% of your referral's validated earnings from surveys, offers, and other qualifying activities. For example, if your referral earns $10 from a completed offer, you earn $1 in referral commission.

Qualifying Activities: Commissions are earned on survey completions (CPX Research), offer completions, and other Platform earning activities. Commissions are NOT earned on your referral's own referral earnings, promotional bonuses, sweepstakes winnings, or manual adjustments unless explicitly stated.

Validation Period: Commissions are credited to your account after the underlying earning activity is validated by the third-party partner (typically within 48 hours). If an earning is reversed due to fraud, cancellation, or chargeback, the associated commission will also be reversed.

Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to commission rates.

5. Promotional Guidelines and Permitted Uses

When promoting EarnHive and sharing your referral link, you must comply with the following guidelines:

Permitted Promotional Channels:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about EarnHive and earning opportunities
• Clearly disclose that you may earn commissions from referrals (where required by law or platform rules)
• Use only official EarnHive branding, logos, and marketing materials (or obtain written permission for custom materials)
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (FTC guidelines, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not infringe on trademarks or copyrights
• Personal social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with organic reach
• Personal blogs, websites, or YouTube channels where you create original content
• Email to personal contacts who have opted in to receive communications from you
• Online communities and forums where promotional content is permitted by the community rules

6. Prohibited Promotional Practices

The following promotional practices are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Program, forfeiture of commissions, and account termination:

• Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails, forum spam, comment spam, or direct messages to users who did not opt in
• Misleading Claims: False or exaggerated earnings claims, guarantees of income, or misrepresentation of Platform features
• Paid Advertising with Trademarked Keywords: Bidding on 'EarnHive' or variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms without written permission
• Incentivized Signups: Offering payments, gift cards, or other incentives to users for signing up with your referral link
• Self-Referrals: Creating accounts for yourself, family members, or controlled entities to earn referral commissions
• Coordinated Schemes: Coordinating with other users to artificially inflate referral counts or earnings
• Cookie Stuffing and Fraud: Using malicious scripts, iframes, or other methods to manipulate referral tracking
• Brand Bidding: Purchasing domain names that include 'EarnHive' or confusingly similar variations
• Impersonation: Claiming to be an official EarnHive representative or creating fake official accounts
• Illegal or Unethical Content: Promoting EarnHive on websites or platforms associated with illegal activities, adult content, hate speech, or violence

7. Commission Payments and Withdrawal

Referral commissions are added to your EarnHive account balance and can be withdrawn using the same cryptocurrency withdrawal process as regular earnings. Commissions are subject to the same minimum withdrawal thresholds, verification requirements, and processing times as other earnings.

We reserve the right to withhold or delay commission payments if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or if your account is under investigation. Commissions associated with fraudulent referrals or reversed earnings will be deducted from your balance.

There is no expiration date for earned commissions, and they do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. However, if your account is terminated for Terms violations, pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Termination and Removal from Program

We reserve the right to remove you from the Referral Program, suspend or terminate your account, and forfeit pending commissions at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

If you are removed from the Program for violations, you may not re-apply or create a new account to rejoin. Decisions regarding Program removal are final and at our sole discretion.

• Violation of this Affiliate Policy or the Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or coordinated schemes
• Use of prohibited promotional practices (spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, etc.)
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes related to your referrals
• Extended inactivity or account abandonment
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to EarnHive, our users, or third-party partners

9. Changes to the Referral Program

We reserve the right to modify the Referral Program terms, commission rates, eligibility requirements, and promotional guidelines at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Affiliate & Referral Policy on the Platform.

Material changes, such as reductions in commission rates, will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the entire Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. If the Program is terminated, we will honor all validated commissions earned prior to the termination date, subject to our verification and fraud review processes.
